This was during Helene and my problems were certainly not as bad as others but I did need help. Lauren at Ascendia got me my first condo on Siesta Key ;when the AC broke down due to the hurricane Lauren found me another at same rate! Plus, I needed an elevator and a pet friendly place! The management team was extremely timely in getting the washer running after storm debris made it unusable. Would stay again. I didn't ask but would next time for the hot water temperature to be adjusted. It was slightly cold for me personally but was perfect temp of I was overheated from the beach

The rental company reached out upon booking, a few times after booking, and then the day prior to arrival, to ensure we were all set. The property was immaculately clean, and well-furnished. The only issue we had during the week was some ants mid-week, and they came almost immediately with ant traps, and asked us to let them know if we felt we needed pest control to come prior to our leaving. The staff is always very professional and courteous.  The homes have been lovely cared for and well maintained.  Upon arrival the properties are always clean and totally move in ready.   Any issues we’ve had during our stay have been immediately addressed by the office or property maintenance staff. The concierge services they offer are also amazing. Walking distance to Siesta Key and a great walkable neighborhood. The lanai is the best place to spend the morning, afternoon and evening. Very nice pool, quiet and a great view of the canal. Well equipped large kitchen. All bedrooms and bathrooms are clean and comfortable.
