Frequently Asked Rental Questions

You may book your property immediately on our website. If you have a question about the property prior to booking, please send us an email to rentals@ascendiagroup.com or call our office at 941-306-4242 for assistance. We require a deposit of 50% of the total cost plus a refundable security deposit at the time of booking. The balance is due 90 days prior to your arrival.

We accept debit or credit cards (Visa, MasterCard and American Express). We also accept payment via check or bank wire transfer.

Check in time is 4:00 pm on your arrival date, and check out time is 10:00 am on your departure date. Please come to the Ascendia Group office located at 5127 Ocean Blvd, Sarasota, FL to check-in. We cannot guarantee early check ins or late check outs. All efforts will be made to ensure your property is ready for your arrival at 4:00 p, however, on rare occasions, a rental property may not be ready until 5:00 pm or afterwards.

At the time of check in you will be required to provide a valid credit card and government issued ID for Ascendia Group to make a copy of and keep on file for the duration of your stay.

Upon booking you will be charged a non-refundable limited accidental damage plan. This covers any ACCIDENTAL damages up to $1,000.00, which MUST be reported prior to Guest departure, otherwise the guest will be responsible for the full amount of damages and charged to your credit card. Additional details regarding the damage waiver will be provided in our Vacation Rental Agreement.

Beach gear is not always provided with the property. You are welcome to bring your own or rent them on the beach where available.

All our properties offer free Wi-Fi.

All our properties are guaranteed one parking spot. Please contact us if you are bringing more than one vehicle.

Linens and paper products for your property are provided at the beginning of your stay. These include one of each of the following items: trash can liner, roll of paper towels, roll of toilet paper per bathroom, soap, dish soap, or dishwasher pod. You will need to provide any additional items or replacements you may need during your stay.

If an outdoor grill is available, the property listing will say so. Please note that we do not guarantee the presence of a grill, nor do we guarantee the condition of the grill.

If pets are allowed, the property listing will say so. If you are staying in a pet friendly property, a $250.00 non-refundable pet fee (per pet) will apply.

Yes, the renter must be at least 25 years of age.
